This is a long-term contract opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a technical environment, coordinating across teams, and ensuring products are prepared and processed through reliability testing.<\/p>\n<h3>Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Coordinate with multiple business units and the Reliability Engineering team to ensure parts are transferred, verified, and ready for reliability stress testing.<\/li>\n<li>Operate reliability test equipment after completing the required training, including:\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>High Temperature Operating Life (HTOL) systems<\/li>\n<li>Package Stress Systems<\/li>\n<li>Additional reliability equipment as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Perform reliability testing and related tasks as assigned by the Reliability Engineering team.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate documentation of assigned work and follow established laboratory procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate clearly and professionally with team members through email and in-person interactions regarding project status, testing needs, and results.<\/li>\n<li>Support daily laboratory operations while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to follow technical procedures and learn new equipment and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Effective written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced laboratory environment.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, or reliability testing environment is preferred but not required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Position Details<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> Fort Collins, CO (Onsite)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Long-Term Contract<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> 40 hours per week<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Reliability Lab Technician to support our client's reliability engineering team in Fort Collins, Colorado.
