We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Test and Reliability Technician. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to follow instructions and procedures meticulously. This position requires a results-oriented individual who can maintain a clean and organized workspace and contribute to the efficiency of our operations.
This is a 30 hour per week, second shift position.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all tasks and assignments
- Understand and diligently follow established directions and procedures
- Draft and maintain detailed, user-friendly procedures for various tasks
- Achieve results by consistently meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Monitor consumable inventory and proactively notify engineers when reordering is necessary
- Communicate effectively both orally and through email, demonstrating clarity and professionalism
- Work independently once trained, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative
- Exercise vigilance to promptly identify and address issues as they arise
Needs:
- Provide support to the Project Manager and tool support for specific Reliability and Test tools
- Assist with the management of the Automated Test Equipment (ATE) Thermal Control system
- Coordinate and support ATE Actuators functionality
- Facilitate the implementation and usage of Shadow Moire technology
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative or related roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Proven ability to notice and address issues promptly
